1.1 SUBME.LT ("the Provider") supplies the Customer with social media follower growth and related services ("Services"), and the Customer uses the Services subject to these terms.
1.2 The Customer may only start using the Services after reviewing these terms, agreeing to them, and completing payment.
2.1 The Customer pays for Services according to the prices published on www.subme.lt.
2.2 The Provider may change prices for new orders, having informed the Customer.
3.1 The Provider begins delivering the order automatically, typically within minutes of payment; larger orders may take up to a few hours to complete in full.
3.2 Once the Customer reports an issue, remedial action begins within 8 hours.
3.3 The Provider is not liable for followers lost over time or their quality — the Provider acts as an intermediary.
3.4 No refunds are given where an incorrect link or other error was caused by the Customer.
3.5 The Provider is not responsible for the Customer's account content or any illegal content within it.
3.6 The Provider is not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure.
3.7 All information about the Customer is confidential and only shared with third parties where required by law.
3.8 The Customer agrees to receive order-related notifications at the email address provided at payment.
4.1 Services begin once payment is completed.
4.2 The Provider may unilaterally terminate Services if the Customer fails to meet their obligations.
5.1 Disputes are resolved through negotiation, or failing that, under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.2 The Provider reserves the right to amend these terms, having informed the Customer in advance.
